Kindly fill up the laundry slip and hand it over to laundry boy. We are not responsible for the laundry left with unauthorised person.
Unless itemised list is sent with the laundry our count must be accepted.
Before giving the garments check if any belongings are left in the pockets. Quickwash is not responsible for loss and no claims will be entertained.
Laundry delivery happens withing 48 hours of pickup.
While enery care is taken, the laundrers is not responsible for fastness of colour, shrinkage, or any item not claimed within 24 hours of delivery.
In case of any discrepancy or undeclared defects, i.e. damage or discolouration of the garments Quikwash will execute the order only after further clarification.
In the event of any dicrepancy the laundry list must be returned withing 30 days. Claims post this timeframe will not be entertained.
In case of any loss, damage of the garment in the laundry, Quickwash will be responsible, and compensation not exceeding 10 times the cleaning charge of the garment will be paid to the customer.
Quickwash is not responsible for colours running or fading, lorr or damage of buttons and bucjles.
